Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping
We do our very best to ensure that all products are packaged with high-quality materials and delivered seamlessly. In the event that an in-store or custom product shipped to your home arrives damaged, please file a claim within 24 hours of receiving the item (either by emailing email@example.com or calling 905-339-8118). If a replacement is not possible for the defective/ damaged/ wrong item, we will make every effort to find an alternative solution. These claims may take up to 5 business days to process, so please retain all original packaging and receipts until settled. No other claims made outside of the 24-hour period will be considered, as there are a number of external factors beyond shipping which we cannot account for.
For in-store purchases that do not require home delivery service, each product is inspected by a member of staff prior to sale. Therefore, we will not be responsible for defects and damages after the agreed upon sale, and claims will not be accepted for these items. At this time, we do not offer a warranty on any of our products sold in store.
While we do not offer any refunds, we allow exchanges to be made on eligible items within 5 business days of purchase. In order to be eligible for exchange, the original receipt must be presented (either paper copy, email or texted receipt issued by DJ Design), and the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was purchased. It must also be returned in the original packaging. The following are not eligible for exchange: final-sale items, custom orders, and commercial orders. Items for exchange must be presented in person or arranged for pick-up (at a possible cost depending on location), as we cannot accept items by post at this time.
In the event that shipping or delivery is required/ arranged with the DJ Design staff and its affiliated shipping partners, there may be additional shipping/ delivery fees based on location and product sizing. Please contact us for a shipping quotation, and will do our best to get your order to you safely.
